Seattle Naturalists’ Event Roundup: April 6th - April 12, 2026

Your Guide to Nature Events in Seattle and Across the Greater Puget Sound and Olympic Peninsula Region

Early April brings peak spring energy: migrating birds moving through wetlands and shorelines, whale celebrations along Whidbey Island, hands-on stewardship in Tacoma and Seattle, and a mix of workshops, lectures, and community science. Expect everything from early morning bird walks and kayak cleanups to evening talks on orcas, bats, and biodiversity, plus plenty of opportunities to learn new ID skills.

As always, check event pages for updates before heading out, and be mindful stewards of the land, leave no trace, respect wildlife, and care for shared spaces.
